Banana & Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- ½ cup almond meal
- 1 cup oats
- ½ tsb baking powder
- ½ cup Natvia (natural sweetener – from Coles)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbs of 100% natural peanut butter (you can get this from Mrs Flannerys)
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Mix all dry ingredients (almond meal, oats, baking powder, natvia) in a bowl
- Mix all remaining ingredients in a separate bowl (egg, peanut butter, banana, vanilla extract)
- Add the dry ingredients in with the wet ones and combine
- Place one spoon full of mixture at a time onto your baking tray approximately 1cm apart.
- Bake for 10 – 15 minutes
These are a delicious snack and completely healthy!!!
