Banana & Peanut Butter Cookies 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond meal
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ tsb baking powder
  • ½ cup Natvia (natural sweetener – from Coles)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbs of 100% natural peanut butter (you can get this from Mrs Flannerys)
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  • Mix all dry ingredients (almond meal, oats, baking powder, natvia) in a bowl
  • Mix all remaining ingredients in a separate bowl (egg, peanut butter, banana, vanilla extract)
  • Add the dry ingredients in with the wet ones and combine
  • Place one spoon full of mixture at a time onto your baking tray approximately 1cm apart.
  • Bake for 10 – 15 minutes

These are a delicious snack and completely healthy!!!
